Taguig police official returns lost wallet
An official of the Southern Police District (SPD) found and returned a lost wallet in Taguig City, according to a report by Manila Bulletin.
SPD said at 7:15 a.m. on Dec. 29, Lt. Col. Brigido Salisi, deputy of the District Comptrollership Division (DCD), was walking along Lawton Avenue in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig when he found a wallet on the sidewalk.
The wallet had several IDs and P3,000 in cash. The owner of the wallet was identified as Elmer Adlaon Cadelina, a retired member of the Philippine Marines.
SPD contacted him and at about 9 a.m. on Jan. 5, the wallet and the IDs were returned to Cadelina through his cousin, Jerry Buhain, by Col. Arlene Castor, chief of the SPD DCD, and Salisi.
