Taguig to deploy mobile vaccination bus
As part of the city’s dedication to inoculate all its citizens, the local government of Taguig plans to deploy a Mobile Vaccination Bus, which will serve as a pop-up vaccination center for 1-3 days in various communities, gated subdivisions, and condominiums in the city.
Taguig City Mayor Lino Cayetano, Senator Pia Cayetano along with the IATF Code Team Sec. Carlito Galvez, Sec. Vince Dizon, and NTF special adviser Dr. Ted Herbosa as well as city officials inspected the Mobile Vaccination Bus planned by the city to deploy, during the tour and walkthrough of the Mega Vaccination Hub located at the Samsung Hall, SM Aura, today, April 16, 2021.
This initiative will complement the existing three (3) Mega Vaccination Hubs at the Lakeshore area, Vista Mall Parking Building, Samsung Hall at SM Aura in BGC Taguig, as well as the four (4) Community Vaccine Centers at RP Cruz Elementary School, Maharlika Elementary School, EM’s Signal Village Elementary School, and Western Bicutan National High School.
By deploying these mobile vaccination buses and establishing new vaccination hubs, the city expects a boost in its vaccination rollout.
Citizens are highly encouraged to register to Taguig TRACE to secure their vaccine registration, as this is a part of the city government’s streamlined vaccination process.
