The theme of the event was "WE for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society," and women from different sectors of the city were given benefits, programs, and training.

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) provided an integrated livelihood program for the beneficiaries, offering a rice business package and a frozen food business package. The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) conducted a discussion on business resiliency for women with disabilities and made them beneficiaries of the "Pagkabuhayan sa Pagbangon at Ginhawa" program.

The Cooperative Development Office taught cooperative members, entrepreneurs, fisherfolk, and DLIP beneficiaries about financial literacy, while the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) demonstrated fish processing for the wives of fisherfolk.
