San Juan inaugurates blue chip training center in Barangay West Crame
San Juan City, Philippines - In a momentous event, Vice Mayor Angelo Agcaoili, together with Councilor Bea De Guzman and Councilor Totoy Bernardo, led the official opening of the Blue Chip Training Center located at 2nd West, Barangay West Crame.
