San Juan City, Philippines - The City Population Development Office (POPDEV) of San Juan City, in collaboration with the Barangay Population Workers (BPW), is taking proactive measures to address the reproductive health needs of women in the community. Through an ongoing house-to-house profiling initiative, POPDEV aims to target women aged 15-49 years old in various barangays.

The primary objective of this endeavor is to identify women who may have unmet needs for family planning services. By reaching out to households and engaging with women directly, POPDEV hopes to provide them with relevant information and resources to make informed decisions regarding their reproductive health. The profiling process also enables the identification of clients who are not utilizing any modern natural or artificial forms of family planning, allowing for targeted interventions and support.

By conducting these comprehensive household visits, POPDEV aims to bridge the gap in access to family planning services and ensure that every woman in San Juan City has the opportunity to make choices about her reproductive health. The information gathered during the profiling will contribute to the development of tailored programs and initiatives to meet the specific needs of the community.
