QCPD deploys personnel to ensure order on major roads

To ensure order and safety for both commuters and jeepney drivers during the ongoing transportation strike, the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) has deployed police officers in various locations around the city, including Tandang Sora Ave., Commonwealth Ave., and EDSA Balintawak.

The move aims to prevent any untoward incidents and maintain peace and order.

In addition to the police deployment, QCPD also provided free rides for stranded QCitizens in Quirino Highway.

The initiative is part of the QCPD's effort to assist commuters who are affected by the transportation strike.

QCPD is working hand in hand with the local government to ensure the safety and convenience of the public during this period of mass transportation interruption. Commuters are encouraged to coordinate with the authorities for any assistance they may need.
