Over 1,000 bikers gather in QC for green future
Quezon City - With a collective goal of promoting global climate actions, over a thousand cycling enthusiasts gathered for the second Pedal for People and Planet (PPP) event in Quezon City. Organized by the Asian Peoples' Movement on Debt and Development, the event saw the participation of various bike groups and climate advocates as they embarked on a 16-kilometer loop starting from Quezon City Hall.
The event served as a call to action for environmental consciousness and sustainability, with Quezon City standing alongside 42 other cities and provinces across Asia that joined the bike event on this day.
