Mayor Joy Belmonte, together with Ramon Asprer, Head of the Housing Community Development and Resettlement Department (HCDRD), and Atty. Jojo Conejero, Assistant Head of HCDRD, personally handed the Transfer Certificate of Titles (TCT) to the city's residents. The 'Direct Sale' program facilitated the allocation of land titles, ensuring that these families can have a sense of ownership and security over their homes.
