In a significant step towards providing secure housing for Quezon City residents, the Quezon City Local Government Unit has officially handed over land titles to forty-one (41) families. This initiative is part of the city's Socialized Housing Projects, which aim to provide decent and affordable housing to those in need.

Mayor Joy Belmonte, together with Ramon Asprer, Head of the Housing Community Development and Resettlement Department (HCDRD), and Atty. Jojo Conejero, Assistant Head of HCDRD, personally handed the Transfer Certificate of Titles (TCT) to the city's residents. The 'Direct Sale' program facilitated the allocation of land titles, ensuring that these families can have a sense of ownership and security over their homes.

The 'Direct Sale' program is a vital component of the Quezon City Government's efforts to address the housing needs of its citizens. Through this program, eligible residents are given the opportunity to acquire land at affordable rates, promoting stability and improved living conditions for individuals and families.

The provision of land titles is a significant milestone for these forty-one families, as it guarantees their long-term security and instills a sense of pride in homeownership. Owning a property not only provides a safe and stable shelter but also serves as an asset that can contribute to the overall well-being and economic empowerment of individuals and their families.

Mayor Joy Belmonte emphasized the importance of the Socialized Housing Projects in ensuring that every Qcitizen has access to decent and affordable housing. The Quezon City Government remains committed to implementing sustainable housing initiatives and prioritizing the needs of its residents.

The Housing Community Development and Resettlement Department plays a crucial role in facilitating the acquisition of land titles and ensuring the efficient implementation of housing programs. Their dedicated efforts, along with the support of the local government, contribute to the realization of the city's vision of inclusive and resilient communities.

The distribution of land titles is a testament to the Quezon City Government's commitment to providing its residents with secure and affordable housing opportunities. By empowering families through homeownership, the city is taking concrete steps towards improving the quality of life and promoting social equity among its citizens.

As the 'Direct Sale' program continues, more families can look forward to receiving their land titles and enjoying the benefits of stable and secure homeownership. The Quezon City Government remains steadfast in its commitment to fulfilling the housing needs of its residents and creating a more livable and inclusive city for all.
