Pateros, Metro Manila - In a significant step towards improving the lives of its residents, a ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the construction and development of a housing project took place on November 3, 2023, at Masagana, Brgy. Sta. Ana, Pateros, Metro Manila.

The project is a collaborative effort between the local government and the developer, Verde Builders Inc.

The event saw the presence of key figures, including Pateros Mayor Miguel "Ike" Ponce III, Pateros Vice Mayor Carlo U. Santos, Managing Director of Verde Builders Inc., Arch. Manuel F. Constantino Jr., and Hon. Daryll Villanueva, Assistant Secretary of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).
