Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano of Pasay City placed third among the National Capital Region (NCR) mayors with an 85% approval rating, while Representative Antonino "Tony" Calixto ranked fourth among the region's representatives with an 84.3% approval rating in the recently released "Boses ng Bayan - NCR" survey conducted by the RP Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD) from February 25 to March 8, 2023.

The RPMD surveyed 10,000 citizens aged 18 to 70 and registered voters in the National Capital Region, assessing the officials' performance and the services they provided to their constituents. The survey aimed to gather the voice of the people on the performance of their elected officials and help improve public service delivery.

Mayor Emi expressed gratitude for the positive feedback and vowed to continue working for the betterment of Pasay City and its people. Cong. Tony also thanked his constituents for their continued support and promised to fulfill his duties and responsibilities as a public servant.
