Pasay City Hall grounds are currently abuzz with the Indak Kababaihan Zumba Dance Contest, one of the programs lined up for the celebration of Women's Month. The event was initiated by the Ina ng Lungsod ng Pasay, Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano, to honor the contributions of women to society and promote their overall health and wellness.

The dance contest gathered women from different barangays in Pasay City, showcasing their talent and enthusiasm for dance and fitness. The participants grooved to the beat of upbeat music, following the instructions of the Zumba instructor who led the routines. The dance contest was not only a fun activity, but it also aimed to promote physical activity and healthy lifestyles among women.

Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano expressed her delight in seeing the women of Pasay City come together to celebrate Women's Month through dance and fitness. "It is inspiring to see women of different ages and backgrounds come together and showcase their skills and love for dance," she said.

Aside from the dance contest, the Pasay City government also conducted various activities and programs to highlight the significance of Women's Month. These include seminars, workshops, and medical missions that cater to women's health and well-being.

The Indak Kababaihan Zumba Dance Contest is a testament to the city government's commitment to promoting women's empowerment, health, and wellness. The event also serves as a reminder of the important role women play in the development and progress of the community.
