Paranaque honors Dr. Vicencio for exemplary veterinary services
In a momentous event during Monday's regular flag ceremony at the Parañaque City Hall Grounds, Mayor Eric L. Olivarez led the commendation of Dr. Karen Camille V. Vicencio, the head of the Parañaque City Veterinary Services Office.
