In a momentous event during Monday's regular flag ceremony at the Parañaque City Hall Grounds, Mayor Eric L. Olivarez led the commendation of Dr. Karen Camille V. Vicencio, the head of the Parañaque City Veterinary Services Office. This recognition comes in light of Dr. Karen's dedication and significant contributions to the local veterinary services, as acknowledged by the Provincial, City, and Municipal Veterinarians League of the Philippines (PCMVLP) on May 18.

Dr. Karen Vicencio was honored as the Most Outstanding City Veterinarian for Innovative Services by the esteemed organization representing veterinarians nationwide.
