Parañaque City - In a resolute effort to maintain cleanliness and preserve the environment of the city, the local government of Parañaque conducted the Bayanihan para sa Kalikasan program earlier this morning in Barangay San Martin De Porres. This project was made possible through the initiative of Mayor Eric L. Olivarez and First Lady Aileen Claire Olivarez, who also serves as the Chairperson of the Cleanliness, Beautification, and Sanitation (CBS) Committee.

The Bayanihan para sa Kalikasan is a clean-up project organized by the city mayor's office and the CBS in collaboration with the City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO). Its main objective is to clean and clear the streets, canals, and rivers of every barangay by removing scattered garbage.

Leading the clean-up project were CENRO Chief Mr. Mark Allen Besa and Barangay San Martin De Porres Chairman Atty. Michael Thor "Mithor" C. Singson, who actively participated in the initiative. Their presence demonstrated their commitment to environmental preservation and the promotion of a cleaner and greener community.
