Parañaque City celebrates National Women's Month by promoting gender equality and inclusivity in their program, "WE Gender Equality and Inclusive Society". Led by Mayor Eric Olivarez, the event was held at the Parañaque City Sports Complex and recognized the Women and Children's Desk Officers from the city's 16 barangays for their unwavering service and assistance to women and children.

During the program, Mayor Eric expressed his full support for women and acknowledged their importance and leadership in various fields. He highlighted their skills and excellence as key to the development of society, while reminding them not to be afraid to fight for their rights as the city government is with them.

The celebration was actively attended by First Lady Aileen Claire Olivarez, District 2 City Councilors Nina Sotto and Rico Golez, as well as leaders from various departments. Officials from the Department of Social Welfare and Development - National Capital Region and the City Social Welfare and Development Department, under Ms. Vivian Gabriel, were also present.
