Paranaque mayor attends meeting with barangay council members

Parañaque Mayor Eric L. Olivarez attended the meeting of the Asosasyon ng mga Kagawad ng Parañaque (AKAP) and Kapisanan ng mga Konsehal ng Barangay ng Parañaque (KKBP) held on March 17, 2023 at the Parañaque City Sports Complex.

During the meeting, the mayor expressed his gratitude to the members of the first and second districts for their continued cooperation in various projects of the city government.

The mayor also shared that there are still many projects in store for the residents of Parañaque, including the Women and Children’s Center that is part of the 7-story building of Ospital ng Parañaque I. Mayor Eric emphasized that Parañaque is only the second city in Metro Manila that will have a center specifically for children and women.

Moreover, the hemodialysis center in Ospital ng Parañaque I will open on March 31, providing free hemodialysis to the residents of the city. The mayor urged the AKAP and KKBP members to help disseminate this information to their respective communities so that those who need the service may benefit from it.

Present during the meeting were AKAP President Kagawad Mario SM. Villafuerte, KKBP President Kagawad Arsenio R. Bernardo, and other officials of AKAP and KKBP.

Mayor Eric expressed his appreciation to the members for their active participation in the city’s programs and projects, and encouraged them to continue to work hand in hand with the city government to serve the people of Parañaque.
