Paranaque distributes construction materials for fire victims
Parañaque City Mayor Eric L. Olivarez personally led the distribution of construction materials to 92 lot owners who were affected by the recent fire incident in Sitio Dulo Barcelona, Barangay Merville and Airport Village, Barangay Moonwalk last March 24, 2023. The lot owners will receive various materials such as galvanized iron sheets, plywood, and lumber, with 32 recipients from Barangay Moonwalk and 60 from Barangay Merville.
The General Services Office, City Social Welfare Development Department, and Urban Mission Areas Development Office under Ms. Josephine Mary Centena, Ms. Vivian Gabriel, and Ms. Shella Bernal respectively facilitated the distribution of the construction materials.
Barangay Merville Captain Dr. Edgar G. Caballero, Barangay Moonwalk Captain Robert "Obet" Alano, and other barangay officials also assisted in the distribution of the materials.
Mayor Olivarez expressed his commitment to providing assistance to the victims of the fire incident. The local government of Parañaque City will continue to provide aid and support to those who were affected by the recent disaster.
