Muntinlupa Distributes Free Back-to-School Packages to Over 7,800 Students
Muntinlupa City - Mayor Ruffy Biazon led the distribution of free back-to-school packages to more than 7,800 students attending 89 Child Development Centers across the city. Each student from the Early Childhood Education Division (ECED Muntinlupa) received a school bag, water tumbler, notebooks, pad paper, jumbo pencils, and crayons.
The city government allocated funds to provide these essential supplies to students, ensuring they have the tools they need to pursue their education without financial barriers.
"We have allocated resources from the city government to provide these materials for our students in the city. We want to remove any hindrances to their education and assist parents in their expenses," Mayor Biazon emphasized.
Various offices of the local government worked together to distribute school supplies to other daycare centers in the city, ensuring that as many students as possible benefit from this initiative.
This distribution follows the earlier distribution of free back-to-school packages to public school students in Muntinlupa, ranging from kindergarten to Grade 12. The city's commitment to supporting education and alleviating financial burdens on parents remains steadfast, especially during these challenging times.
These efforts reflect Muntinlupa City's dedication to promoting inclusive and accessible education, fostering a brighter future for its young residents, and supporting parents in providing quality education to their children.
