Muntinlupa City's future leaders have been elected to serve as "Little Congressmen," "Little Mayors," "Little Vice Mayors," and various other positions such as "Little Councilors," "City Administrators," and "Department Heads" in the Boys & Girls 2023 program.

The event, organized by the Youth Affairs and Sports Development Office (YASDO), aims to introduce young students to the roles and responsibilities of local government officials. Under the guidance of Mayor Ruffy Biazon, the program teaches children about governance and public service, emphasizing the importance of leadership and community involvement.

Mayor Ruffy Biazon, in his speech during the program, highlighted the significance of engaging the youth in local governance.
