Muntinlupa launches cleanliness and orderliness program

The City Government of Muntinlupa, through the City Administrator’s Office and the Muntinlupa Environmental Cluster, launched the PAMANANG NAKAKAPROUD program, which stands for “Pamayanan at Mamamayan Nagtutulungan para sa Nakakaproud na Kalinisan at Kaayusan”. This program aims to promote cleanliness and orderliness in communities in the city.

The city held a meeting with various homeowners associations (HOAs) for the program's launch, which was attended by Mayor Ruffy Biazon, City Administrator Engr. Allan Cachuela, and other city officials. The competition is open to 36 subdivisions with a land area of less than three hectares and 34 subdivisions with a land area of more than three hectares.

The competition will run from April to November 2023, and the “Cleanest and Most Orderly Subdivision in Muntinlupa” will be recognized in December. The program encourages residents to take an active role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in their communities.

The PAMANANG NAKAKAPROUD program hopes to strengthen community participation in keeping the city clean and organized. This initiative is in line with the city's vision of becoming a sustainable, livable, and resilient city. Through the program, the city government aims to foster a sense of pride and ownership among the residents, encouraging them to take care of their communities and promote a culture of cleanliness and orderliness.
