Muntinlupa hospital requires medical certificate for vaccination of minors
The city-run Ospital ng Muntinlupa (OsMun) in Alabang, Muntinlupa said all minors who will be vaccinated at the facility need to present medical certificates, according to a report by Manila Bulletin.
OsMun will start vaccinating minors 12 to 17 years old with comorbidities on Monday, Oct. 25. It was selected by the government as one of the hospitals for the second phase of the vaccination of minors, classified as Pediatric A3 group, which started on Oct. 22.
According to OsMun, minors need to secure medical certificate clearance from the hospital’s out-patient department pediatrician or their own medical certificate coming from their own doctor.
Minors need to register with the Muntinlupa City COVID-19 Vaccination Program (MunCoVac) system so they will be added to the list.

As of Oct. 21, MunCoVac received vaccination registration from 12,268 minors including 494 who are with comorbidities.
