Despite intermittent rainfall, families joined in the activities with enthusiasm.
During the inauguration of Family Week, Mayor Biazon emphasized the government's commitment to strengthening every family, implementing various laws and programs in the city to support this objective.
He stated, "This is what we want to promote in Muntinlupa because everything begins with the family - every father and mother has the responsibility to raise their children to become good citizens."
The mayor encouraged everyone to take action toward the betterment and progress of every family. The event featured calisthenics, taebo, and Zumba classes for attendees, concluding with a cozy get-together.
Looking ahead, on Saturday, October 7, there will be a fellowship meal hosted by the Church of the Latter Day Saints, marking the conclusion of Family Week. This celebration underscores the city's commitment to promoting strong and united families as the foundation of a thriving community.
