Katarungan Village opens multi-purpose hall 

In a momentous event, the newly constructed Multi-Purpose Hall in Katarungan Village, Barangay Poblacion, was inaugurated on May 27. The ceremony was attended by Congressman Jimmy Fresnedi, City Administrator Engr. Allan Cachuela representing Mayor Ruffy Biazon, and Barangay Poblacion Chairperson Allen Ampaya.
