SB19 to retain name after deal with ShowBT PH

P-pop supergroup SB19 has settled the rights to their group name after an "amicable agreement" with their former manager ShowBT Philippines Corp.

1Z Entertainment, the group's company, made the announcement on Facebook on Tuesday.

"We formally announce that we have come to an amicable agreement with ShowBT Philippines Corp. through a fair and equitable resolution," the post read, without elaborating on the matter.


1Z Entertainment noted that SB19 will be resuming its activities following the development.

"Thank you for your patience and unwavering support towards SB19 and 1Z Entertainment. Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin eagerly anticipate reconnecting with all of you in their upcoming endeavors. We can't wait to see you all again soon," it concluded.

The announcement came after the boy band postponed its Asian tour.

Before this, their members dropped "SB19" from their official Instagram handles.
