Seat allocation frustrations at Bench's Kim Seon Ho Fan Meet 2023
In the highly anticipated event, "Love to Meet our Good Boy: The Kim Seon Ho Fan Meet 2023" organized by Bench, fans had differing experiences during the ticket-selling process. Compared to a previous event, a fan found the ticket-selling and overall experience to be much smoother and better organized. However, some fans encountered frustrations with the seat allocation, leading to disappointment and complaints.
The ticket-selling process itself was efficiently managed, with fans having only one line to queue in. This streamlined approach ensured a fair system where tickets were sold on a first-come, first-served basis. The staff of Bench received praise for their helpfulness and friendly demeanor, making the experience more enjoyable for the fans.
Despite the overall positive experience, there were several issues regarding seat reservations and allocations that caused disappointment among fans. Rows 1 to 9, which were highly sought after by those who had lined up early, were unexpectedly blocked off. This information was communicated to the fans who patiently waited on the first day of ticket sales, which was June 30, 2023.
Fans who had availed the VVIP package were offered seats in sections 107, 108, 113, and 114 (side). However, to the dismay of fans, section 103 became available only on the following day, July 1, 2023, after lunch. This sudden change in seat availability left those who had queued early feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Adding to the fans' dissatisfaction, pictures circulating on social media fan groups showed individuals who had managed to secure seats in rows 2 and 4, further intensifying the sense of unfairness and inequality in seat allocations. Many fans expressed their frustrations online, sharing their disappointment and questioning the fairness of the seat allocation process, especially since these changes occurred on the first day of ticket sales.

These posts captured the disappointment and frustration shared by fans who had dedicated their time and effort to secure desirable seats at the event. While the overall ticket-selling experience was considered positive, the seat allocation issues left a significant impact on fans' perception of fairness and organization.
Despite these challenges, fans remained enthusiastic about the upcoming fan meet event, eagerly anticipating the opportunity to see and interact with their beloved actor, Kim Seon Ho. The event organizers and Bench are encouraged to address these concerns, ensuring a more transparent and equitable seat allocation process in future events to provide a more satisfying experience for all fans.
