Xevera Prestige-Mabalacat set to launch on March 17
Westchester Realty Corporation, known for its successful redevelopment of the Xevera housing townships in Pampanga, is set to launch a new project within the bustling residential and commercial enclave of Xevera Mabalacat. The new housing development, called Xevera Prestige, aims to cater to middle-income families and individuals and will hold its grand launch on March 17th. The launch coincides with a musical concert featuring top performers, including Gigi De Lana and Richard Poon.
Xevera Prestige offers 450 residential lots with a minimum lot area of 110 sqm. Buyers can build their own homes based on their lifestyle and design preferences. The project is anchored on Westchester's vow to provide "affordable luxury" following the success of their redevelopment program of GA Towers in Mandaluyong City.
Xevera Mabalacat, where the Xevera Prestige enclave is located, boasts of complete amenities and accessibility, including an Olympic-sized swimming pool, covered basketball courts, gym, and fitness center. Lot buyers in Xevera Prestige will have access to the same amenities and commercial centers within and inside the Xevera Mabalacat complex, such as Robinson's and Star Mall.
According to Westchester Chairman and former Mindoro Governor, Rodolfo G. Valencia, inquiries and reservations have already started pouring in despite the fact that the project has yet to be officially launched. Valencia attributes this to the pricing and payment scheme, which includes "no downpayment" and straight installment scheme of P23,260 monthly amortization.
The company expects to sell all 450 lots in a span of 3 to 4 months. The launch of Xevera Prestige is another significant milestone for Westchester as they continue to extend their redevelopment programs to the countryside while providing luxury living at affordable prices.
