For the second year running, Teleperformance has just been awarded as one of Philippines Best Workplaces™ in 2023. This was announced during the Great Place to Work® Philippines first in-person recognition gala at Hilton Manila.

Teleperformance, along with 35 workplaces in the Philippines, were recognized for being trailblazers in the art of connecting, leading, and inspiring employees. Teleperformance placed fifth on the Philippines Best Workplaces™ List among the Large Enterprise Category with 1,000 employees.

Great Place to Work® Philippines assessed participating employees' experiences across five dimensions – credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. Using this standard, qualified workplaces should have a high level of trust among employees, a sense of pride in the workplace, and the general sentiment of joy and togetherness among coworkers.

“Over the years, our Teleperformance Philippines family has shown true passion for care, integrity, and innovation – reflecting the core values we uphold as an organization,” Teleperformance Philippines Chief Executive Officer Francisco Lara shared. “With the evolving needs of businesses and employees today, we continue to focus on our people’s holistic wellbeing, transcending the four corners of our work spaces. The greatest manifestation of the value of our programs is the positive impact that our teams create for our partners and society.”

“We are deeply honored to be recognized once again as one of the Best Workplaces™ in the Philippines for our initiatives that inspire trust and commitment among our people,” he continued. “We will solidify our efforts to support our people’s welfare and development and help enrich their experiences as citizens of the communities we serve.”

Teleperformance Philippines Chief People Officer and Chief of Staff Jeffrey Johnson said that this recent recognition is a testament of everything Teleperformance Philippines has worked hard to achieve as a trusted organization. “Along with the honor and recognition given, we remind ourselves of the hard work we need to consistently do so we can always be better.”

“Teleperformance Philippines is in the business of constantly developing experiences built on integrity and trust. We take pride in our efforts to focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, our innovative work-from-home solution, and bringing jobs to the countryside for continued business growth. We have made a lot of progress, but there is more to learn,” he added.

The Philippines Best Workplaces™ List is highly competitive. Regarded as the global authority on workplace culture, seasoned consultants from Great Place to Work® curate the list using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. Companies are only considered if they are first, a Great Place to Work-Certified™ organization.

Teleperformance has been certified Great Place to Work® in the Philippines for five consecutive years – becoming the first, the largest, and the only company in the Philippines to achieve this feat.
