Gigi De Lana and Richard Poon Marks Launch of Xevera Prestige in Pampanga

Multi-talented singer and YouTube sensation Gigi De Lana and balladeer Richard Poon will headline a free concert on March 17, coinciding with the launch of the newest housing project in Pampanga, the Xevera Prestige-Mabalacat.

Xevera Prestige offers 450 residential lots for middle-income families and individuals who will have the opportunity to build their own homes based on their lifestyle and design preferences. The minimum lot area is 110 sqm.

The exclusive commune of Xevera Prestige in Mabalacat, which is part of the bustling residential and commercial enclave in Xevera, boasts complete amenities and accessibility. It has an Olympic size swimming pool, covered basketball courts, gym and fitness center, commercial center, school, church, and the City Hall of Mabalacat is also located inside the vast complex.

The Xevera Prestige-Mabalacat launch event, where Gigi De Lana and Richard Poon will perform, is free and will be attended by select and invited guests. Gigi, backed up by her band, The Good Vibes, is expected to provide total entertainment during the concert.

Gigi and The Good Vibes have staged successful concerts, particularly the Domination show tour, which had them perform from Manila to the Middle East and the US last year. The group's latest concert, G Rules, held last Feb 18 at The Theatre at Solaire, was a massive hit. Concertgoers are expecting to hear Gigi and her band's rendition of Roselle Nava's Bakit Nga Ba Mahal Kita, along with other covers like Through the Fire and If Ever You're in My Arms Again, and songs Sakalam and O Bakit Ba that they have performed.
