Marikina welcomes PCSO health caravan

In a warm reception led by Cong. Maan Teodoro, officials and representatives from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) were welcomed during the PCSO Caravan held at the Marikina Convention Center today.

During the event, residents of Marikina were provided with free dental and medical consultations, tooth extraction, medication, and grocery packs. These services complement the regular free medical and healthcare services already provided by the local government for the people of Marikina. Additionally, scholarship certificates were awarded to two deserving students from the city.

The attendees were delighted not only by the benefits they received but also by the opportunity to meet and converse with Cong. Maan Teodoro, who visited the dental and medical booths to personally check on the beneficiaries and address their specific concerns.

Moreover, the City of Marikina accepted its share of the Charity Fund from the agency, further reinforcing the partnership between the PCSO and the local government.
