San Roque's annual celebration was elevated to greater heights with the colorful spectacle of the Mardi Gras Costume Parade and Drum and Bugle Corps Exhibition. Held at the San Roque Elementary School and parading throughout the barangay, the event added an extra layer of joy to the festivities.

The streets of Brgy. San Roque came alive as participants adorned in vibrant and creative costumes marched through the neighborhood, spreading excitement and laughter. Congresswoman Maan Teodoro graced the occasion with her presence, joined by Konsehal Cloyd Casimiro and the leadership of Brgy. San Roque led by Kapitan Louie Francisco.
