Ana Hospital (SAH) emerges triumphant as they secure multiple accolades at the recently concluded Philippine Society for Quality in Healthcare (PSQua) Midyear Convention held on June 1 and 2, 2023. The convention hosted the highly anticipated 26th Search for the Most Outstanding Quality Improvement Studies (QIS) in Health Facilities and the 12th Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) poster contest.
In a remarkable feat, SAH, as the sole LGU hospital participant, proudly brings home three gold medals and two silver medals in the QIS category. Moreover, the hospital claims the top spot for the 1st prize and the 3rd prize in the CQI poster category. It is worth noting that this marks SAH's first-ever participation in quality research improvement studies, making their achievements all the more remarkable.
The outstanding performance of SAH at the PSQua Midyear Convention reflects their unwavering commitment to delivering excellent healthcare services and continuously striving for improvement. Their dedication to quality improvement initiatives sets a benchmark for other healthcare institutions to follow.
The SAH CQI teams, under the leadership of Dr. Grace H. Padilla, deserve commendation for their hard work, meticulous research, and innovative approaches to quality improvement. Their efforts have undoubtedly contributed to the hospital's success and brought pride to the City of Manila.
While the official plaque of recognition will be awarded during the PSQua National Convention in November 2023, the achievements of SAH have already garnered praise and admiration from the healthcare community. The hospital's dedication to raising the standards of quality healthcare is a testament to their commitment to providing the best possible care to their patients.
Congratulations and warm wishes are extended to Sta. Ana Hospital for their exceptional performance at the PSQua Midyear Convention.
