Manila conducts fushing operations in Recto, Divisoria
On Monday morning, the hardworking staff of the Manila DRRM Office returned to the busy streets of Recto-Divisoria to conduct a flushing operation led by their Operations Section. The team aims to clean the area to prevent the accumulation of trash on the streets, eliminate unwanted odors, and avoid any possible disasters that may occur in the vicinity.
The flushing operation involves the use of water and other cleaning materials to clean the streets, sidewalks, and drainage systems. The team is composed of dedicated individuals who are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of the people in the community.
The Manila DRRM Office has been conducting these operations regularly to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the city's busy commercial districts. They have been doing this to prevent the accumulation of garbage, which can cause clogging and flooding during the rainy season.
The office encourages everyone to do their part in keeping the streets clean by properly disposing of their garbage and avoiding littering. The flushing operation is just one of the many initiatives that the Manila DRRM Office has been undertaking to make the city a better place for everyone.
