Imee Marcos leads aid distribution in Malabon
Pinangunahan ni Senator Imee R. Marcos ang distribusyon ng Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS) ng DSWD-NCR sa Malabon na ginanap sa Oreta Sports Center ngayong Huwebes.
Nasa 1,000 na kwalipikadong benepisyaryo ang nakatanggap ng halagang Php3,000 na tulong pinansyal sa ilalim ng programa. Bukod dito, namahagi rin si Sen. Imee ng enhanced nutribun at lugaw para sa mga bata.
Nagpasalamat naman si Mayor Jeannie Sandoval kay Sen. Imee Marcos sa inisyatiba at pakikipagtulungan nito sa ahensya ng pamahalaan upang mabigyan ng tulong ang ating mga kababayan. Dagdag pa ng punong lungsod, masaya siya na napili ni Sen. Imee na maagang ipagdiwang ang kanyang kaarawan dito sa Malabon kung kaya't naghandog ang Pamahalaang Lungsod ng birthday cake at simpleng selebrasyon para sa Senadora
