Makati receives WCCD resilient city certification
In a momentous virtual ceremony, Mayor Abby Binay proudly accepted the World Council on City Data (WCCD) ISO 37123 Early Adopter Resilient City Certification on behalf of Makati City. Makati joins the ranks of one of the first cities globally to achieve this esteemed certification under the new ISO Standard, ISO 37123 Sustainable Cities and Communities – Indicators for Resilient Cities.
The WCCD certification recognizes Makati City's unwavering commitment to building a resilient and sustainable urban environment.
