Once this is finished, all AFP personnel will be fully vaccinated)," Lorenzana told President Rodrigo Duterte during his Talk to the People.

In the same briefing, Lorenzana said that only 77 percent of all AFP personnel are fully vaccinated to date.

Lorenzana also reported that the country's health care utilization rate (HCUR) is now only at 48 percent.

"Halos kalahati na lang po ang -- ang okupado sa mga hospitals natin. Mayroon tayong hospital beds na 40,000, ibig sabihin 20,000 lang ang naokupahan diyan (This means that about half of our hospitals are occupied. Lorenzana also reported that around 4,420 intensive care unit (ICU) beds), 20,881 isolation units, 14,856 wards, and 3,243 mechanical ventilators are currently in use.
