Napaka poor ng performance ng Maynila, una napag iwanan na nga sa lahat ng bagay namamaho pa, hindi na daily ang collection ng basura, maging dito sa amin sa loob ng F. Munoz e walang nadaan ilang araw na. Sa labasan lang sila na daan. Anong balak nyo napag ieanan na nga tayo ng ibang lungsod namamaho pa tayo.... Paki explain kung bakiy laging delay ang collection nyo ng basura.
