
QC Assessors office money extortion
Roberto Castillo of Assessors office had been extorting money all over Quezon City businessman. Anybody who have a new building he have been extorting money. And if you do not give in, he sabotage the property taxes. And once the money is taken, he lowers that property taxes. This was put to the attention of his boss Rodulfo Ordanes, instead of correcting it. He sweet talk to the victims. Evidently, he is the mastermind.
