Nagsasagawa ng random inspection ang Caloocan Business Permits and Licensing Office Inspection Team sa mga establisyemento sa lungsod upang matiyak na naipatutupad ang mga panuntunan sa ilalim ng GCQ Alert Level 4.

Kasama sa ininspeksyon ang ilang fast food chains at mga karinderya kung saan pinaalalahanan ang mga tao na sumunod sa 30% kapasidad para sa al-fresco dine-in at 10% indoor dine-in para sa mga fully vaccinated.

Mahigpit naman ang tagubilin sa mga may-ari ng mga pinapayagang magbukas na establisyemento na tiyaking naipatutupad ang minimum health protocols para sa kaligtasan ng mga mamamayan.

Babala ng BPLO, maaaring maipasara ang mga establisyementong mapapatunayang lumalabag sa community quarantine guidelines.
