This operation, conducted in Caloocan City - South, was a coordinated effort involving the Caloocan City Police Station (CCPS), Public Safety and Traffic Management Department (PSTMD), and City Social Welfare and Development Department (CSWDD).

Caloocan City has always been committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of its residents, particularly its youth. The "Oplan Bulabog" operation is just one of many initiatives aimed at achieving this goal.
