Caloocan City - In an effort to bring essential medical services closer to the community, a successful medical mission was conducted in Barangay 161, led by the Caloocan City Medical Center (CCMC). The initiative aimed to provide healthcare assistance to the residents, particularly the Batang Kankaloo, ensuring their access to quality medical care.

The medical mission received overwhelming support and participation from the local government, with Caloocan City Mayor Along Malapitan expressing his gratitude to the leadership of CCMC, particularly Medical Director Dr. Ferdinand Santos, and the dedicated members of the Community Relations Office (CRO), headed by Officer-in-Charge Marita Relimbo, for their unwavering commitment to serve the Batang Kankaloo.

The event, held at Barangay 161, witnessed a steady stream of residents seeking medical assistance. Skilled healthcare professionals from CCMC, including doctors, nurses, and support staff, provided a wide range of services such as medical consultations, diagnostic tests, and the distribution of essential medications. Patients received personalized attention and were given the necessary guidance for their healthcare needs.

Mayor Along Malapitan expressed his satisfaction with the successful medical mission, emphasizing the importance of delivering healthcare services directly to the communities in need. He acknowledged the tireless efforts of the medical professionals and the CRO team for their dedication to improving the health and well-being of the Batang Kankaloo.

The medical mission not only addressed the immediate medical needs of the residents but also created an opportunity for health education and awareness. Informational sessions were conducted to promote preventive measures, proper hygiene practices, and the importance of regular check-ups. These efforts aimed to empower the community to take proactive steps in maintaining their overall health and well-being.

With the remarkable success of this initiative, Caloocan City residents can look forward to more medical missions and healthcare initiatives aimed at promoting the overall well-being of the community, particularly the Batang Kankaloo.
