Taguig distributes relief items to Taal eruption victims
The Taguig City Rescue team and the City Social Welfare and Development turned over relief items to the Tagaytay City Centrum on Tuesday.
The team arrived at around 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday at the Tagaytay City Centrum where the relief items such as bottled waters, N95 facial masks, hygiene kits with toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, face towel, shampoo; and family food packs with rice, noodles, canned goods, coffee, and biscuits were turned over for the affected residents.
Tagaytay City Social Welfare and Development Office head Elma Patawe officially received the city’s assistance for the victims of the calamity.
Taguig City expressed its solidarity with the victims of the volcanic eruption and appealed for more help for them.
