Quezon City Department of Public Order and Safety personnel used power tools to knock down a waiting shed along Chico Street in Barangay Quirino 2-B, Project 2 during clearing operations on August 7.

The clearing operation was in response to Mayor Joy Belmonte’s directives following President Rodrigo Duterte’s orders to clear Metro Manila’s streets of obstructions.

Chico street serves as an alternative route for motorists going to and coming from Katipunan Avenue.
