30 Covid-19 patients recover in Quezon City

Thirty coronavirus disease-2019 patients recovered in Quezon City, bringing the total to 229 from the previous 199 as of 7 p.m. of April 30.

In a report, the Quezon City Health Department (QCHD) said the number of COVID-19 deaths in the city increased by three to 128 from the previous 125.

As of 7 p.m. of April 30, the Department of Health (DOH) reported that the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Quezon City stood at 1,302 from the previous 1,269, for a difference of 33.

The number is in contrast to the Quezon City Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit (QCESU) and District Health Offices’ confirmed cases tally of 961, 35 more than the previous 926.

The active COVID-19 cases in the city — pertaining to those who have not fully recovered — is now 604 from the previous 602.

In the same report, the number of confirmed cases with complete addresses in Quezon City stood at 1,138 from the previous 1,098, upping the tally by 40.
