Several roads in Makati City will be closed to vehicular traffic on Saturday, March 16, 2019, due to a religious celebration at Sts. Peter and Paul Parish Church and Plaza Cristo Rey in Barangay Poblacion.

The following roads will be closed from 3 a.m. to 2 p.m.:

  • P. Burgos St., from San Mateo St. to Gen. Luna St.
  • Valdez St., from Makati Ave. to P. Burgos St.
  • D.M. Rivera St., from P. Burgos St. to J.P. Rizal St.

These roads, on the other hand, will be closed from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m.:

  • Guanzon St., from Makati Ave. to P. Burgos St.
  • Guerrero St., from Makati Ave. to P. Burgos St.
  • San Juan St., from P. Burgos St. to Pagulayan St.
  • San Lucas St., from P. Burgos St. to Pagulayan St.
  • San Marcos St., from P. Burgos St. to Pagulayan St.
  • Pagulayan St., from D.M. Rivera St. to Gen. Luna St.
  • Agno St., from D.M. Rivera to Ilaya St.

Motorists are advised to take alternate routes coming from Ayala Avenue and the Central Business District:

To Manila: From P. Burgos, turn left to Kalayaan Ave., right to Makati Avenue, left to J.P. Rizal.

To Mandaluyong: Take Makati Avenue towards the Makati-Mandaluyong Bridge.

To Guadalupe: From Burgos, turn right to Kalayaan Ave., left to Rockwell Drive, left to Estrella St., right to J.P. Rizal.
