Four most wanted persons (MWP) were arrested in separate operations in the provinces of Quezon, Batangas, Cebu, and Isabela on Monday, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said in a report by Philippine News Agency.

Citing reports from the police force's Intelligence Group (IG), PNP chief Gen. Debold Sinas said Danilo Dioquino, listed as the top 10 MWP of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO), was arrested in Barangay Lumutan, General Nakar, Quezon.

Dioquino is facing homicide charges and has a standing arrest warrant issued by a Las Piñas court over the killing of Jhon Rick Caballero on Mar. 8, 2019.

In Isabela, local police arrested rape suspect Rhenie Buduan, who is listed as the province's top 2 MWP and the subject of a warrant of arrest issued by the Roxas, Isabela Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 23.

Meanwhile, police officers arrested frustrated homicide suspect Reynante Silgas, who is listed as the Cebu's top 7 MWP, in a manhunt operation in Toledo town.

Silgas is also a member of the Felix Abacajan gun-for-hire group operating in the southern part of Cebu.

In Batangas, local police and members of the PNP Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group and Highway Patrol Group arrested a 17-year-old male wanted for carnapping and is listed as the top 7 MWP in the province.

“These arrested wanted persons will now face prosecution and be made answerable for their crimes so that we could give justice to their victims,” Sinas said.

All suspects are now under the custody of operating police units for documentation and proper disposition while the minor was turned over to City Social Welfare and Development of Lipa City, Batangas.
