PNP releases year-end bonus
The Philippine National Police (PNP) released the year-end bonus for 215,571 personnel amounting to over P7.9 billion, PNP chief Police General Debold Sinas said in a report by GMA News.
In a briefing on Monday, Sinas said the bonus has been credited to the bank accounts of “personnel who are qualified to receive this mandated financial windfall.”
“However, payment of bonus is deferred for personnel with administrative cases, especially those serving suspension,” he added.
Last year, the PNP released over P7.4 billion in year-end bonuses.
