Baclaran vendors set up shop again after clearing ops

A few hours after the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority carried out clearing operations in Baclaran, illegal vendors came back and set up shop.

This time, however, the vendors occupied two lanes of Quirino Avenue in Baclaran, Parañaque City.

Adding to the build up of traffic in the area were pedicabs and tricycles who counter flowed, blocking secondary roads near the corner of Edsa and Taft Avenue.

The MMDA started dismantling obstructions Wednesday morning.
