Navotas schedules AutoSweep RFID registration
Following the success of the drive-thru Easytrip RFID installation, the City Government of Navotas has scheduled Autosweep registration on November 29, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The city partnered with San Miguel Corporation (SMC) to accommodate 1,000 vehicles of any class for Autosweep RFID tagging.

The event will be held at the Navotas Bus Terminal and will be run on a first come, first served basis.
“We invite all Navoteño motorists to take advantage of this opportunity. Get your Autosweep RFID sticker this Sunday and enjoy hassle-free transactions at our tollways,” Mayor Toby Tiangco said.
The Autosweep RFID allows cashless and contactless toll payments for motorists passing through the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR), South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), the Skyway System, NAIA Expressway, and the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX).
Applicants must download and fill out the Autosweep Subscription Form, and submit the same to the designated personnel at the venue. They must also pay P200 for the initial load.
Furthermore, they are advised to wear face mask and stay inside their vehicle during the RFID installation process, bring an exact amount for load payment, and use their own pen.
Tiangco also reminded the public that the southbound lane of C4 and R10--from the Navotas Bus Terminal to the Old Fishport Road--will be closed on the abovementioned date from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The northbound lane will be kept open and will temporarily become two-way.
Earlier, the city government, in partnership with Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC), conducted installation of Easytrip RFID stickers to 481 Class 1, 19 Class 2, and five Class 3 vehicles.
