Paalala po na ipinatutupad natin ang City Ordinance 2018-15 o "Comprehensive Anti-Smoking Ordinance" alinsunod sa Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC).

Isinasaad sa batas na ito na bawal ang paggamit, pagbenta, pamamahagi, at pag-advertise ng sigarilyo, iba pang produkto ng tabako at electronic cigarettes (vape) sa ilang lugar sa Navotas.

Ang ordinansang ito ay ipinatutupad para mapangalagaan ang kalusugan at kapakanan ng mga mamamayan mula sa panganib na dala ng paninigarilyo at pagkonsumo ng mga produktong may tabako.
