The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), in compliance with Eid al-Adha or Feast of the Sacrifice, lifted the number coding scheme on August 12.

"For Monday, August 12, 2019, the number coding scheme will be lifted," the MMDA announced on Twitter.

Today's Metro Manila streets are permitted for vehicles with license plates ending 1 and 2.
