MMDA lifts number coding in Jan. 13

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) lifted the number coding scheme on Jan. 13.

MMDA spokesperson Assistant Secretary Celine Pialago said the number coding was lifted for all vehicles.

Vehicles with plate numbers ending in 1 and 2 will be allowed in EDSA and other streets in Metro Manila from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Due to the Taal Volcano’s eruption on Sunday several classes, work, and flights were cancelled Monday.
